Implement a Cloudflare Worker (or other API) that accepts multipart/form-data and writes files to Cloudflare R2 or another storage service.
Point the `upload` URL in this page to that Worker (e.g. /api/upload proxied by Pages Functions or your Worker route).
Ensure CORS and authentication as needed.
